Hi! My name is Philina Chen, and I’m the creator of Financing Tomorrow.

As an officer in my school’s business club, I noticed that my peers had misconceptions about what investing was. They originally wanted to make quick money, and many weren’t sure about how to conduct research or where to begin.

This experience got me thinking: why aren’t more kids taught about investing, or even personal finance in general?

Unlike other subjects, finance isn’t taught commonly in school. Because it covers so many topics, people can get confused about where to start.

I made Financing Tomorrow to provide an online, easily accessible curriculum for teens to learn more about personal finance and investing. It’s my hope that you can gain apply these tidbits to your own life, no matter where you are now.
